ORDERS
I typically don’t make a product until someone orders it. So when you place an order, I’m making it specifically for you. Due to all of my clay products being handmade, there may be slight imperfections, like tiny air bubbles. Please note that all earrings are carefully made with thought and love and are subject to slight variation (in color, design, shape) due to its handmade nature. Therefore, no two earrings will be exactly the same. Exact color of earrings may vary from what is shown in stock photo. However, I will never list/sell any products that I wouldn't wear or are too imperfect. As most items are handmade to order or made in small batches, please allow 1-5 business days for order fulfillment and 1-2 weeks for completed shipping. For custom orders please allow up to 5 business days for fulfillment. SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-2 weeks for orders to be shipped after you place your order. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Shipping & packaging fees at checkout are based on the standard USPS rate for the shipping location and product weight.
We offer FREE shipping on all purchases of $35 or more for domestic orders.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of my work I cannot accept any returns or exchanges unless a mistake was made on your order. Example: wrong item sent or damage from shipping.
If your recently purchased jewelry from me & it happens to break on you, please e-mail me! While all jewelry should be handled with care, my jewelry should not just fall apart on you. These pieces are delicate in appearance, but are well made products that can withstand regular wear. Either way, if you experience an issue with one of my pieces, e-mail me @ Daliplusdesign@gmail.com so that I can replace the item or provide options for repairing your jewelry.

CLAY JEWELRY CARE
Whilst I use premium quality products to produce my jewelry they can be susceptible to damage or breakage if dropped on occasion. Treat your polymer clay earrings with gentle care. I recommend carrying them in a container or the box they came in so they can’t be bent or crushed during travel. Store your earrings in a cool and dry environment - earring boards are great! As with most clay earrings avoid wearing in water or bending them. Do not expose to high temperatures for long periods of time.
Try to avoid contact with makeup, hair products and perfume. Lighter colored clay may stain if it comes in contact with these products. If you do get makeup on your earrings wipe them off gently with a soft cloth or baby wipe. Use mild soap if necessary.
Brass components will tarnish over time and from handling & wear. They can be brought back to life with a gentle polish using vinegar or Brasso.
However, polymer clay is very pliable. If your earrings do completely break/shatter, please contact me and I’ll be happy to resolve any issues.
MACRAME JEWELRY CARE
I use the most care when packaging and preparing items to ship. If the tassels get a little wild and route/ while wearing brush out with little comb. If needed trim edges to shape if tassels are out of place.
Please note that some of these components are raw brass, meaning they are unfinished and may have discolorations/spots. If you would like to use them as is, they will oxidize to a darker color over time when worn. The discolorations/ darkness can be cleaned using a dilute water/ vinegar solution or polishing with Brasso.

I work with RAW brass, meaning they are unfinished and may have discolorations/spots. If you would like to use them as is, they will oxidize to a darker color over time & when worn. The discolorations/ darkness can be cleaned using a dilute water/ vinegar solution or polishing with Brasso. I have found that Brasso & Bars Keeper works really well and brings them back to their original brass color.
